Hall of Fame promoter Don King will stage a card on Saturday, Dec. 2, also at Casino Miami Jai Alai. Adrien “The Problem†Broner, a four-time world champion in four weight divisions, continues his return to land a big fight in the junior welterweight division as he meets another Cincinnati, OH fighter, Chris Howard (18-2-1, 8 KOs) for the “People’s Championship†Broner (35-4-1, 24 KOs) made his return to the ring on June 9th a successful one in winning a unanimous decision over William “Hutch†Hutchinson.  It was Broner’s first fight in nearly 26 months, who is on a mission to secure the 140-pound world title. Howard (18-2-1, 8 KOs) last fought on January 13, defeating Ray Collins by unanimous decision. The win over Collins was his first since December 2016. Howard, also 34 and a Cincinnati resident, has won his last four bouts since losing back-to-back fights to then-unbeaten fighters Mark Salser and Arash Usmanee in 2012. The fight will be shown on Fite.
Six months after they met in the ring with the undisputed super-lightweight world title on the line, Chantelle Cameron and Katie Taylor will do it again. Cameron (18-0, 8 KOs) handed undisputed lightweight world champ Taylor the first defeat of her pro career at the sold-out 3Arena in Dublin back in May but the question now is, will history repeat itself or will Taylor get her revenge ? Fight will be live on DAZN
David Benavidez will defend his interim WBC super middleweight title against Demetrius Andrade atop a November 25th Showtime PPV at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Benavidez (27-0, 23 KO) scored his biggest win to date in March by battering Caleb Plant to end a 10-month layoff and defend the belt he claimed in his sole 2021 bout, a second-round finish of David Lemieux. Andrade (32-0, 19 KO) has enjoyed a far less glamorous couple of years; 2022 saw him line up for a super middleweight final eliminator against Zach Parker, injure his shoulder, withdraw after the next purse bid produced a fraction of the initial offering, and then give up his middleweight title rather than fight Janibek Alimkhanuly.
November 18th is going to be exciting as an IBF featherweight eliminator bout is set between undefeated contender Nick Ball and former WBO super-bantamweight champion Isaac Dogboe in Manchester, UK. Ball, one of the most exciting fighters in Britain today, has become a fan favorite over the last 18 months or so. He consistently drops an incredible amount of leather in his fights. Ball stopped South African Ludumo Lamati in their most recent fight in May. Dogboe (24-3, 15 KOs) last competed in a bout for the vacant WBO featherweight title, losing a 12-round unanimous decision against Robeisy Ramirez. Dogboe was only stopped once, by Emanuel Navarrete in May 2019. During his two back-to-back fights with Navarrete and Jessie Magdaleno, Dogboe proved his toughness and strength, losing via decision in the first fight and being stopped in the final round of the rematch. Fight will be shown live on Showtime and PPV
