Otto Wallin Fights Ghana's Richard Lartey On July 26.

Heavyweight contender Otto Wallin will return to the ring for the first time since his December defeat to Anthony Joshua when he takes on former Ghanaian and WBO Africa Heavyweight champion Richard Lartey in Atlantic City.

The Wallin-Lartey card is set to happen on Friday, July 26 at the Tropicana Hotel and Casino and is an eight-round top of the bill attraction as part of a Boxing Insider Promotions show.

New York-based Wallin is 26-2 (14 KOs) and a 33-year-old southpaw.

He came into the limelight after going the distance with Tyson Fury prior to his rematch against Wilder.

The Swedish boxer lost a bloody fight over 12 rounds in Las Vegas back in 2019, as Tyson Fury spotted a huge gush over the right eye and a crimson-covered face for most of the fight. Critics believe the fight should have been stopped.

He defeated Murat Gassiev in Turkey last year, before being bludgeoned by a marauding Joshua in Saudi Arabia on the Day of reckoning show.

Richard Harrison Lartey who hails from Ghana in West Africa is 16-6 (13 KOs).

He has shared the ring with the likes of Daniel Dubois, Nathan Gorman, Fabio Wardley and Sergey Kuzmin.

Also on the bill are middleweight Marco Romero, heavyweight Bruce Seldon and lightweight Jason Castanon (all 1-0).
