Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez will be looking forward to bouncing his career back on the line when he takes on former world title challenger Gabriel Rosado this weekend.
Ramirez will be getting back in the ring on March 18 for the first time since his first career defeat against Dmitry Bivol in November last year.
During a recent interview with BoxingScene.com, Ramirez revealed that he felt disappointed after losing to Russia's Bivol and is now looking to make a comeback to his former glory.
"It was hard for me [losing to Bivol]. I was disappointed in myself. I got into boxing because I wanted to prove to myself that I am the best and that I can do anything that I want. Now I find myself in a different beginning. I'm coming for everything [against Rosado]."
In his quest to get back to the top, Ramirez stated that he is ready to fight whoever is put in front of him and wherever the fight may be.
"I'm looking for those fights... I need to win the fights they put in front of me to return to world title form. I'm willing to fight in the UK. I'm willing to fight anywhere."
